The uber-macho Max must undergo a makeover with the help of a seasoned trainer (Natasha Lyonne) - mud baths, ballet lessons, a Brazilian waxing - to go undercover in order to thwart the plot. In the hands of his new human handler Frank, Max gets in touch with his inner show dog, and also learns that trusting the help of others can sometimes be more rewarding than working alone.

It's about life in the Caliphate - why some Brits might choose to go there, what happens to them while they're there and why some of them might decide to leave and try to get home.

We had a lot of fun working on this feature length Drama. The Story tells of the rivalry between Alex 'Hurricane' Higgins and Steve 'The Nugget' Davis in the late 70's and 80's. To see images of the Sets, click on the image on the left.

Alex 'Hurricane' Higgins - mercurial, explosive, a natural showman. Steve 'The Nugget' Davis - clinical, ruthless, 'boring'. This comedy drama transports you back to the glory days of snooker and charts the rivalry of its two giants which spanned a decade, dividing the critics and delighting the fans.

Higgins, the bad boy of the sport, lives on the edge and plays to the crowd - desperate for approval and love. Davis has an aura of invincibility, methodically and clinically playing his way to the top, helped by legendary manager Barry Hearn. Higgins' chaotic life away from the table saw him battling not just his sporting rivals, but his inner demons and loving wife.

This comedy drama, exclusive to BBC iPlayer, is an affectionate look at a transformational period in the history of British snooker. Staring Luke Treadaway, Will Merrick, Kevin Bishop and Nichola Burley.
